The constituents of Graham County USD 281 in Hill City passed a much needed 7.5 million bond for the improvement of our district facilities. Multiple projects were identified for improvement including new HVAC in both attendance centers, a new track with concession/restroom facility, renovation of the auditorium, updating locker rooms, playground improvements at the Grade School, new security, bells and telephone systems, along with new parking facilities. With the help of Craig Singer and Brett Miller, we were able to complete our projects on time. Craig and Brett told us from the beginning they would be with us every step of the way; and they were.
